Delivery via the The Courier Guy is arranged on behalf of customers by selection during checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and postal code are correct for on time delivery and accurate quotations. A waybill number will be supplied to you for tracking of your order once the collection is done. You should be available for delivery.

Once the waybill number is handed over via SMS, WHATSAPP or EMAIL, from this point forward, it will be the full responsibility of the customer to follow the tracking of the parcel/s until collected or received. Courier damages and delays are not the responsibility of Melo Trading and customer needs to follow-up with courier for delivery.
